Project management
Complex or large projects are carried out under the oversight of a project manager. The project manager is the point of contact for both the client and the internal organization.
The project team is formed at the start of the project and consists of people from the following disciplines:
- Engineering
- Work preparation
- Planning
- Account manager
Total oversight
The project manager has total oversight and manages the project team. Projects can be divided into sub-projects (e.g. Proto, Pilot, Volume).
Each project or subproject is divided into four stages, based on the Prince II method:
- Definition
- Preparation
- Implementation
- Finalization
